Wow! What a week!  For the first time in a while W and I were reminded that no matter how much you try to not stop moving your body will catch up with you. We’re presently working through the laborious task of re-shingling our roof after work and between engagements. For some reason I naively thought it would only take a weekend. That being said, there are so many exciting things happening these days that I don’t want to miss anything (online too!).  I can’t wait to share some of the DIYs I’ve been up to this last little while throughout the upcoming weeks on the blog. Yay! Now, bring on the coffee.

Here are your weekend links:

When it comes to celebratory entertaining I love the idea of this simple yet chic DIY tissue paper backdrop from Ruffled. Super versatile and easy to assemble. I think this would be an awesome DIY for any wedding or baby shower for sure!

I am not going to lie – I’m totally a “list” person. While I’m not always the best with the follow-up of checking things off I definitely love making them.  If you’re like me then you’re going to love using this list from You are my fav blog! This “How to summer list” is perfect for brainstorming plans and to scope out what you have coming up generally.

Absolutely dreaming of a run through such a beautiful orchard like Sarah did, (as pictured above).

Currently ooo-ing over this awesome closet makeover.  I need to figure out a better way to store my clothes in a way that makes it easy to put them away.

I’m not sure if it’s our increasingly busy social calendar or just that I’ve finally kicked the jeans and sweaters habit… check out some of the stylish looks that have got me getting creative here.

If you’re already Father’s Day planning (good on ya!) be sure to check out this awesome collection of themed DIY projects that are totally are ageless. I like the Charcuterie Box myself.

If you’re in the Toronto area and are headed to Arts & Crafts Field Trip concert I’m mighty jealous!  It sounds like an awesome line up!

I’m thinking of sewing up another quick version of my DIY knit maxi skirt for the summer. Have you tried out this tutorial yet? (No sew option too)

Have you checked out the latest issue of Matchbook online yet? What’s your favourite article?

Here’s hoping you have an awesome weekend all! Stay tuned next week for a DIY tutorial, an Entertaining post, NEW settingSAIL post and more!

Thanks for stopping by!
